We're looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our clients growing team. In this role, you'll engage directly with existing and previous customers, uncover new opportunities, and support business growth through personalized outreach and exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in an assigned territory to support growth and long-term retention
• Reach out to current and former clients by phone and email to identify needs and generate new sales opportunities
• Become a subject-matter expert across a wide range of visual marketing products, including signage, display systems, and branded décor
• Create tailored proposals that reflect each customer's objectives, timeline, and budget
• Organize and track all leads, activities, and communications within a CRM system
• Produce accurate quotes and proposals with a high level of detail and timeliness
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery
• Monitor progress toward individual sales goals while contributing to overall team performance
• Provide clear and consistent communication throughout the customer lifecycle to encourage satisfaction and repeat business

What We're Looking For

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or other customer-focused roles
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for relationship-building
• Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and driven to exceed customer and team expectations

Position Details

• Compensation: $70,000 OTE in the first year (base salary + commission)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Location: Bloomington, MN
